Fab Loom Fabrics return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a fabric product Damaged in transit. we will work with you to resolve the Issue expeditiously; we recommend that you initiate the return authorization process through fabloom.

Please inspect product(s) upon delivery for visible & Concealed damages.

Timing :

Please contact us within 7 Business days from delivery of damages product and 7 days from delivery of Non- defective and returnable product, failure to do so will result in a denial of claim.

Freight Charges will be charged for Non-defective return , 15% restocking and finishing charges fee applicable.

Initiating Return :

All return request for damage or defective product must be accompanied by photos of the damages or defects, return the product as per our instruction.

Please be aware that return must be received by Fabloom within 10 working days from return Authorization (RA) Mail issue dates or the return authorization will be cancelled.

Claiming refunds :

Refund take place only when its against the Quality u want (If proved) & not delivered by Fabloom.

Refund will have approved after receiving the Goods that we shipped to you, checking the goods that we send is same as it is dispatched i.e fabrics Total meter.

Its take 7 days for returning the claiming Amount.

Packaging & Labeling :

Clearly make Packages and /or return documents with return Authorization mail.

All product being return must be original or equivalent packing. Lack of proper lacking material result in damaged product return transit & refusal of credit /exchanged request.

Selecting Replacement :

Please notify us if a replacement for the return product is required.

Replacement are only issue upon request and will required a new order to be placed.

Replacement will have approved after receiving a goods you return to us. Checking the product what we send is same as we get the product from you.

Fab Loom Hand Craft return Policy :

When we talk about Handcraft product, it’s unique. So before returning to us i.e. FABLOOM.

With regards I would like to make understand how our product are made by putting with so hard hand work on every product that u get.

All our Product are Hand weaves by our own traditional crafts man resulting each product reflect their uniqueness and different from each product.

Request Note :

Never assume that Irregular weave, or any print or a stich as a part of defects.

” Handloom by definition means glorious uncertainty when it comes to Uniformity “

In spite of such Variable, fabloom, we stand behind the quality of ours product we will replace the product if you un-luckily not satisfied with our purchase for any reason.

Read Below our return & exchange policy- Handcraft item before you return any goods.

” Almost care is taken to ensure Minimum Color Distortion while photographing the Product “ However if the client want to return the goods on the basis of inaccurate representation of Color,the discretion to accede to the request at our Manufacturing Head Office Bhagalpur.

Please make a note that exchange & return will not be made against the following items unless there is a quality Issue.

Note: we replace the product on quality issue, replacing on color not be a part of return policy.

Whatever the pic we are showing can be varies or slight different we show and the product you physically get.

Reverse Pick Up Policy :

We offer our customer a Simple, Hassle -free reverse pick up policy.

We always keep our Customer valuable not at the time of sales but also through the subsequent stages of return & refund.

Our Policy is thoughtfully design to ease up the process ,save time & make you feel reassured about
your order.
